I have been wanting to start this blog for sometime now. I want to share my experiences as a consumer in this world. It seems that over the years customer service has diminished. Why is it you never find out how bad a business is until you experience your self, and then when you mention it to others they always reply, " I know they have such bad...".
My goal with this blog is take back the customer service by informing as many people as possible about those businesses that have good and bad service. I hope you all enjoy, if there is an all. Our first stop is the Melting Pot in San Antonio, TX.
